Frank is a disciplined nutritionist with a bachelor's degree from the Université de Montréal and member of the OPDQ (Professional Order of Dietitians of Quebec) since 2016.
Experience in clinical nutrition, public as well as in food service project management. Bilingual in French and English, as well as a conversational use of Cantonese Chinese and Vietnamese.
